For municipal utilities and energy suppliers

Workshops for sales strategies and business-model decisions

For professionals and executives in sales, product management and business development: in my workshops, we assess market opportunities, customer value, profitability and feasibility. The outcomes are documented decision support and clear next steps.

For teams that want to decide, not just understand

Regulatory change, new customer needs and shifting market roles open up sales opportunities – but they do not yet add up to a viable business model.

We examine which options fit your organisation and which prerequisites still need to be clarified before further development.

Formats range from a compact in-house workshop to a multi-stage strategy and business-model process.

Joint development

Participants work actively on the question at hand with practice cases, evaluation matrices, business-model templates and roadmaps.

Energy-industry experience

Market knowledge, sales insight, regulatory context and commercial assessment flow directly into the joint work.

Concrete results

Decisions, assessment foundations and next steps are documented and prepared so that they can be used directly within the company.

Working together

From your question to an agreed workshop

  1. Clarify the question

The initial conversation identifies the decision you want to prepare and whether the workshop is suitable.

  2. Agree the workshop and preparation

The quotation defines preparation, delivery, documentation and any agreed follow-up.

  3. Document decisions and next steps

The assessments and next steps developed together are documented. A multistage continuation can be agreed separately where needed.

An implementation project or indefinite support is not automatically included.

Scope and remuneration

You receive an individual quotation for the agreed scope of services. Beforehand, we clarify your starting situation, the support required and the timeframe.

We agree the objective, preparation, format, group size, location, documentation and any follow-up.

Which energy-industry decision is ahead in your company?

In a no-obligation initial consultation, we clarify your question, the desired outcome and the right format.
